Murat, the son of a police officer, grows up with the support of Commissioner Kemal after his father's death. Years later, Murat, now a mafia boss, and Kemal's paths cross again. Kemal is constantly conducting operations to put an end to the mafia's activities. The mafia believes that the solution is to kill Kemal. However, Kemal is Murat's childhood friend. This causes a split within the mafia. Murat is forced to protect Kemal from the mafia. Kemal, on the other hand, finds himself torn between doing his job and protecting a criminal.

These animated versions often put uncomfortable political subjects into the formats of feel good television to create a surreal version of reality. The program was censored two times by the Danish National Television and was eventually taken off the air, when it suggested that the danish minister of integration, Inger Støjberg, was a descendant of Hitler, the Pope and a reptilian alien.

The film tells the story of a mother who has lost her child. After losing her husband in a traffic accident, Güzin is left alone with her physically and mentally disabled son Sedat. She spends a long time looking for a caregiver to look after Sedat. All the caregivers she finds refuse to work because Sedat is disabled. Güzin locks Sedat in his room and leaves him alone at home while she goes to work. However, one day when she is called to the hospital for an emergency, she forgets to lock the door. When she returns, she finds her son’s lifeless body. All investigations determine that the death was the result of negligence. Therefore, Güzin is found guilty. However, Güzin, who does not believe the verdict, begins searching for her son’s killer.
